IBSAT 2025 application submissions will start on 1st July 2025. The last date for the submission of online applications is 3rd week December 2025. IBSAT 2025 Exam will be conducted on 28th – 29th December 2025. The IBSAT 2025 exam is a national-level management aptitude test for admission into the 2-year full-time. The IBSAT exam offers MBA/PGPM programs at its 9 IBS campuses across India. The IBSAT 2025 exam will be an online test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (The IFHE), Hyderabad — a Deemed University. With remote proctoring, candidates can take it from the comfort of their home. The test assesses a candidate’s skills in Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation, Data Adequacy, Vocabulary, Analytical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension.

Candidates with valid scores in CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, or GMAT™ (from 2023 onwards) are exempted from taking IBSAT 2025. However, taking IBSAT 2025 will make them eligible for INR 2 lakh scholarship. In both circumstances the candidates have to fill in the IBSAT 2025 application form to proceed further.

Basic Information on IBSAT 2025:

The IBSAT 2025 (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test) is a national-level online management entrance exam conducted by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed university). The IBSAT 2025 exam is scheduled for December 27 and 28, 2025, and candidates can register from July 1, 2025, until the third week of December 2025. The IBSAT 2025 will be of 2-hour computer-based test with 140 multiple-choice questions divided into four sections: Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Adequacy & Data Interpretation. There is no negative marking, and the IBSAT 2025 exam is remotely proctored, allowing candidates to appear from home. The results will be declared online in the first week of January 2026 and will serve as the basis for shortlisting candidates for further admission stages including micro presentations and personal interviews at ICFAI Business Schools across India.

There will be 500 scholarships of INR 2 lakh each are planned for the Class of 2028. The amount will be adjusted—INR 1 lakh each—against the first and second term program fee instalments.

Scholarship amount will be adjusted against the program fee only. If a student withdraws, the scholarship amount will be deducted before any applicable fee refund.
