About rtCamp :

Over the past eight years, rtCamp has been working exclusively on WordPress, with services ranging from technology consultancy & full fledged enterprise projects development to optimizing performance of e-commerce stores along with Nginx server setup and management. Other than services, rtCamp also has products like rtMedia - a plugin that allows users to upload media on BuddyPress, and EasyEngine - a tool that makes WordPress on Nginx easy. Apart from working on client projects and premium products, many rtCampers keep contributing back in open-source projects with code, themes, plugins, participation at meetups and WordCamps.


Role & Responsibilities

  1. Working on WordPress themes and plugin development project.
  2. Work includes coding, handling support-requests, php unit testing and project documentation.
  3. (optional) Attending and speaking at different WordCamps and other tech community events.
Eligibility Criteria

  1. In-depth knowledge of core PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and CSS.
  2. Thorough knowledge of WordPress. If you never cared to browse WordPress Core source files, you are not fit for this job.
  3. Experience in developing/modifying WordPress themes and plugins at source code level.
  4. It will be an added advantage if you have worked on BuddyPress and/or WooCommerce.
