Job Description:

1. Engage with customers on deployments, to provide detailed guidance regarding deployment steps, best practices, and expected product behavior
2. Work with sales team to ensure hand-over of customer and design information
3. Provide deployment advisory services and deployment design, recommendations, and configurations
Assist deploying customers with testing or troubleshooting. Escalate to support as required
4. Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and document steps to replicate for Support, Engineering and Operations teams
5. Maintain deployment database, logging deployment status and customer interactions
6. Become a Zscaler cloud services expert through self study, company training, and a desire to excel
7. Limited travel ? typically only for company training or meetings
8. Hours Regional business hours support, possible shift work, possible on-call work

Candidate Profile:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
2. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent advanced industry certifications.
3. Minimum 2-years experience working as Support Engineer/ Sr. Support Engineer supporting networking or web security products 
4. Knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise network infrastructure
5. Experience with Zscaler products a plus
6. Experience with operating systems such as Linux, Unix and Free BSD
7. Networking Experience - VPN technologies such as IPSec and VPN clients
8. Network troubleshooting experience - Familiarity with tools such as Ping, Traceroute, MTR, and Network Protocol Analyzers such as tcpdump, Wireshark
