Job Description:
Should have 2 - 4 yrs of IT Experience
Provide initial problem determination and first level support problem resolution
1. Password reset for Windows AD and other Applications
2. Operation system errors and warning (windows)
3. Outlook support
4. Office support
5. Telephony support (Cisco)
6. Android/iPhone/Blackberry support
7. Workstation/Laptop software and hardware
8. Basic hardware triage for PC – Printer issues
9. Network and VPN connectivity

Candidate Profile:
1. Receive and log all Incidents (including submissions received by telephone, electronically, or other means approved by CRL) and open an Incident Record.
2. Provide Incident detection, reporting, recording, and initial support.
3. Provide Incident investigation, diagnosis, impact analysis, and reclassification as required.
4. Utilize and update the Incident Management System with all relevant information relating to an Incident.
5. Make an initial determination of the potential resolution.
6. Prioritize and escalate Incidents from VIP Users.
7. Link multiple contacts pertaining to the same Incident to the associated Incident Record.
8. Link multiple Incidents pertaining to the same Service Request to the associated Service Request.
