Job Description :

Education: Only BBA degree/Degree

  1. Has experience with building and maintaining relationships with the Client Account Team and internal
  2. departments. Should be able to apply basic finance and accounting principles to daily tasks. Has work experience
  3. with software companies or have worked in a procurement department licensing computer software and/or
  4. hardware or has AP experience.
  5. Has the ability and experience to handle multiple tasks at once
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the clients' requests are handled in a timely manner
  7. Act as backup to the Software Administration Manager and be a liaison between the Client and the 
  8. Client Business Unit (CBU) Account team, communicate with them and research resulting software questions
  9. Regularly communicates with internal departmental personnel verbally and via email
  10. Performs day to day tasks with some guidance and direction from the Software Administration Manager and/or
  11. Director of the department.
  12. One major focus is tracking, monitoring and coordinating recurring annual software maintenance renewals,including updating appropriate records and communication of renewals to Client Account teams and
  13. appropriate internal departments including the Software Asset Management team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  1. Must have analytical skills necessary to evaluate client requests and the research required
  2. Must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  3. Must be able to read and interpret commercial terms and conditions of contracts
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  5. Off-shore candidates must have excellent command of the English language, written and verbal.
