Job Description:
1. Design, develop, unit test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SalesForce.com CRM platform.
2. Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
3. Document and develop code according to specifications and standards.
4. Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
5. Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing.
6. Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution.
7. Collaborate with business partners on user acceptance testing.
8. Communicate well with clients who have varying functional and technical abilities

Candidate Profile:
1. Experience with CRM software, specifically, Salesforce.com and other AppExchange products, like Apttus Contract Management. Prior experience in building or implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud CRM solutions is a must.
2. 3+ years of experience with technical implementation, day-to-day operations, and long term maintenance of Salesforce.
3. Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies
