 Job Responsibilities:

  1. Operates effectively as a member of the development team or as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancement & fixes.
  2. Responsible for the design & development of web pages, graphics, multimedia, GUIs.
  3. Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
  4. Utilizes story boarding & graphic pre-designs where appropriate.
  5. Demonstrates creative, technical & analytical skills.
  6. Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical & business environments.
  7. Responsible for meeting expectations & deliverables on time & in quality.
  8. Good Drawing and Sketching Skills.
  9. Creative and obsessed with modern design.

Candidate Experience:

  1. Ability to observe and imbibe elements from different areas into design.
  2. Minimum of 1.5 year of web design experience is required.
  3. Front end & some back end development understanding & experience. Understanding of seamless integration of front to back- end functionality.
  4. Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, graphics creation with Photoshop, Illustrator,(Adobe creativity suite), multimedia creation with flash, Action script, (Macromedia Studio).
  5. Develop graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and websites.
  6. Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes.
  7. Experience creating compelling & appealing visual designs for marketing, websites and print projects.
