Job Description:
1. Should have good US Health care knowledge with strong hold on either Claims or Provider or Enrollment
2. Good Relational Database knowledge.
3. Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL coding
4. Good communication skills
5. Good Project life cycle knowledge with extensive hands on coding and Testing
6. Prior SA experience preferred.

Candidate Profile:
1. Would need to understand the Business requirements and translate them in to high level designs for IT teams.
2. Would need to actively participate in Solutioning sessions with BAs and other important stakeholders.
3. Would need to effectively communicate with business and other stakeholders to resolve pending issues and open items.
4. Would need to collaborate with Development and CQA teams to ensure good quality deliverables.
5. Would need to regularly provide/update/maintain project status and other important trackers.
6. Would need to support and groom junior team members.
