Responsibilities:
1. Keep the interface beautiful and easy to use. Direct the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements on our software application.
2. Initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UI re-factorings for a more intuitive user-experience
3. Design elegant solutions to complex workflows. Design things that people will talk about
4. Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective
5. Act as ?go to? with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards. Use research-related services, theories and methods to support your recommendations
6. Take the initiative in providing input and feedback.
7. Develop wireframes, behavioral specifications and personas

Candidate Profile:
1. A Bachelor?s Degree/Diploma, or equivalent experience in design, preferably from NID or any premier design college.
2. Should have knowledge of Responsive web, HTML, CSS, Javascripting, Bootstrap, user interface
3. Should have knowledge of any one of the tools Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq Mockups, Lucid, MockFlow, Visio.
