Job Description:
1. Minimum of 3 years of IT Software QA experience
2. BE/MCA in Computer science or equivalent.
3. Experience in Web Technologies, eCommerce systems testing
4. Experience in applying quality management best practices and implementing application lifecycle management that includes requirements management, test planning and execution, defects tracking and reporting, test automation and results analysis
5. Test automation and tools experience (Selenium) desired
6. Experience in UFT is a plus
7. Exposure to ERP systems is a plus (JDE Enterprise One and SAP/E1) ,CRM systems (Siebel)
8. Experience with testing tools, primarily HPQC/HPALM
9. Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle in a waterfall and agile/iterative model
10. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies
11. Good Team player, good written and verbal communications skills
12. Experience working in a fast-paced busy environment
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
