Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:   

- New Hire batches to complete Process training with a minimum average score of 95%
- Deliver Training requirements timely and qualitatively
- Monitor, Coach and Train on Process
- Conduct Gap and Training Need Analysis within assigned processes and conduct refresher training as required
- Initiate process improvements
- Review and recommend improvement of training content
- Timely completion of assigned projects
- Completion of Strategic Initiative Projects within the allotted deadlines


-Candidate should be comfortable to work with 24*7 shifts.
-Should have prior domestic BPO experience
-Must have 2 to 5 years experience as a Process Trainer.
