3. IBM BPM Administration experience of more than 3 Yrs 
4. Experience on Installation and Administration of IBM Software (WebSphere Application Server, Business Process Manager, IBM Integration Bus, Tivoli Directory Sever) 
5. Improvement encounters IBM WebSphere Process Server (BPEL), IBM ESB(Mediation Module), IBM BPM (Lombardi), IBM Integration Bus 
6. Improvement experience on WebServices (SOAP), REST(JSON), API 
7. Specialized Experience on Unix/Linux Systems. 
8. Capacity to distinguish underlying drivers and infer restorative activities to meet short and long haul business prerequisites utilizing clever methodologies. 
9. Give Technical Support to Development Teams, Production Support Team on amid business basic organizations. 
10. Handle BPM Development/Administration deliverables 
11. Must know about IBM Problem Management Report(PMR) Process. 
12. Should mindful IBM PVU License Concept. 
13. Monitor IBM License Utilization for BPM/DB2/ODM/IID Products.
