The Company which had its origin as the Hindustan Aircraft Company was incorporated on 23 Dec 1940 at Bangalore by Shri Walchand Hirachand a farsighted visionary in association with the Government of Mysore with an Authorised Capital of Rs.4 crores (Paid up capital Rs.40 lakhs) and with the aim of manufacturing aircraft in India.

Job Description:
State Bank of India invites on-line applications from Indian citizens for appointment in following Specialist Cadre Officers post in State Bank of India. Candidates are requested to apply on-line through Bank's website https://www.sbi.co.in/careers/ongoing-recruitment.html
1. Acandidate may apply for one post from Sr. No. 1 to 4 and more than 1 post from Sr. No. 5 to 32 under this project.
2. The process of Registration of application is completed only when fee is deposited with the Bank through Online mode on or before the last date for fee payment.
3. Before applying, candidates are requested to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility. Admission to on-line test will be purely provisional without verification of documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents when the candidate reports for interview.
