Job Description:
1. Monitor the computerised attendance system. 
2. Mark the attendance manually if the system fails any day and co-ordinate with the security the time keeping function, Co-ordinate, files, maintains and process - leave forms, medical reimbursement requests and any other requests from other departments.
3. To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the Hotel Policy with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, correct uniforms and name badges as outlined in the staff handbook
