Job Description:
1. Development of new functionality and project specific requirements
2. Handle backlog items which are assigned to him/her and deliver with high quality and one time deliverables
3. Handle customer issues independently
4. Require intensive debugging skills and co-ordination across many teams
5. Require communication with customer contacts/domain or functional expert / expert support

Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar, required.
2. Master?s Degree in an area related to Software Engineering desirable.
3. Excellent Object Orientated Programming Skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills (listening, presenting, writing, formal and informal)
6. Self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open minded, resourceful and flexible with the ability to learn quickly
7. Experience in software development: 1 to 5 years
