Job Description:

  1. This position mainly involves developing products which automates the deployment of Orcale E-Business Suite in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  2. Deliver configuration level products for Oracle E-Business Suite to use Oracle Application Server with and Oracle Databases.
  3. Work closely with other lines of business including Applications, Application Server, and Database to identify and implement solutions for challenging technical problems.
  4. Contribute to the definition of standard practices and procedures for software development.
  5. Recommend and justify major changes to existing products, services and processes.
  6. This is purely a individual contributor role

Required Skills :

  1. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  3. Self-motivated, drive, team player and results oriented
  4. Experience in some or all of the following Oracle technologies - Oracle Application Server, Oracle Web Logic Server, Oracle Database or experience with Rapid Install, Rapid Clone, Auto config and Advanced Configuration.
  5. Unix Shell scripting, Perl
  6. BE or MS degree in computer science or equivalent
  7. Java programming skills advantageous.
  8. Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite advantageous but not essential.
  9. Other Scripting languages like Python, Ruby will be advantageous
  10. Experience & exposure to Automation platforms like Chef & Puppet is advantageous.
