Job Description:
1. Assist in the requirements gathering and documentation for new business solutions
2. Use various software solutions to manipulate data, calculate bonuses and incentives and create reports
3. Maintain and update existing business processes based on new client requests
4. Verify the accuracy of data, calculations, and the content and format of reports and other deliverable
5. Participate in conference calls and on-site meetings with international clients
6. Follow best practices and standard procedures to create and maintain compliance documentation
7. Provide ongoing payroll and compensation plan analysis to proactively assist clients in making advised management decisions
8. Identify root causes of uncovered issues in data and reports to continuously improve client business processes
9. Work independently and manage multiple task assignments and deadlines

Candidate Profile:
1. BE/BTech degree is a must
2. Must have very good MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) skills
3. Minimum 12 months of experience in a management consulting, professional services or technology-related industry
4. Strong written and oral communications skills
5. Experience in interacting with clients
6. Knowledge of Database concepts
