Job Description:
1. Implement and maintain software components using Optymyze’s core principles
2. Work with Software Assessment Coaches to implement test scripts and error-handling
3. Ensure the optimum quality of work for all codes
4. Work with Software Development Managers to provide implementation estimates
5. Ensure optimization and compliance of all code implementations
6. Work with other Software Developers to share best practices
7. Prerequisites

Candidate Profile:
1. 1- 3 years of professional web development experience
2. Knowledge of Hibernate and/or Spring frameworks is a must
3. Excellent knowledge of J2EE
4. Experience using JSP, EJB, Java
5. Experience in working in a development team a plus
6. Sun-certified JAVA programmer a plus
7. Excellent problem solving abilities and detail orientation
8. Superior oral and written communication skills
9. A working style that is rooted in ownership, passion, teamwork, innovation, and collaboration
10. Preferred Degrees - BE/BTech
