One Plus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., commonly referred to as OnePlus, is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer, which is based in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It was founded by Pete Lau (CEO) and Carl Pei in December 2013. The company officially serves 34 countries and regions around the world as of July 2018.They have released numerous phones, amongst other products. It is currently majority owned by Oppo as its only shareholder, which is a subsidiary of BBK Electronics along with Vivo and Realme. However, both OnePlus and Oppo denies OnePlus is a subsidiary and maintain they are independent companies, although OnePlus confirmed it uses Oppo?s manufacturing line and shares part of the supply chain resources with Oppo.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the core module of video backend system, including video management, operation system, search and recommendation system.
  • Continuous code refactoring and system optimization to ensure the stable operation of online systems
  • Tracking research frontier technology and applying it to practical projects


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering
  • 3+ years Java backend development experience, familiar with linux/shell operation programming, proficient in SSH and other application frameworks
  • Familiar with MySql, Redis, Hbase and other open source caching and database middleware
  • Familiar with the design and application of distributed system with large traffic, high concurrency and high performance
  • Love technology and like things that are technically challenging
  • Strong problem-solving ability, good at analysis and summary
  • OTT video backend development skills/experience is preferred
