Job Description:
1. This position is ideal for 2 to 3 years experienced engineer who will integrate the multinational Microsemi PoE (Power over Ethernet) Applications and Support organization. 
2. The candidate will be a front line support for customers and FAEs through e-mails, phone, and Web-based live support sessions.
3. In addition to great communication skills, the candidate should be eager to learn, details- oriented, and motivated to help customers, peers, and FAEs.

Pre-Requisites:
1. Hardware Knowledge with troubleshooting and debug skills 
2. Experience using lab equipment (Scope, pulse generator?.), and rework tools.
3. Experience with Orcad, Allegro, and understanding schematics/PCB files is a plus
