Primary/Required Skills:

  1. Strong and simple communication ability and technical presentation ability (oral and written)
  2. Language Skills: C#, .NET, WCF
  3. SQL Server (stored procedures, queries, trigger)
  4. Design Skills: OOAD, Design Patterns, UML knowledge
  5. Good command in Windows Programming & Debugging windows application using MS Visual Studio debugger and core dump analysis using windbg
  6. Hands on Experience on OOP concepts, Multi-threaded programming
  7. Good Knowledge in Windows Security Concepts
  8. Good Knowledge in Data Structure & Algorithm
  9. Good Knowledge in Unit Testing & Frameworks
  10. Appreciate and adopt to scrum methodology


Desirable Skills:

  1. Knowledge in data center management and large enterprise applications
  2. Hands on experience in creating Frameworks, Dlls, Designing and exporting APIs and building wrapper APIs.
  3. Knowledge on C++ and COM is an added advantage
  4. Automation Knowledge, CPPUnit, NUnit etc.
  5. IIS server, XML, Windows services
  6. Active-X, COM+, ODBC, OLE, OLEDB, Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC), MS-RPC, REST, SOAP
  7. Microsoft Visual Studio 6/2008/2008, Rational Purifier, Perforce, FxCop, Coverity and Prefast, VersionOne, Review Board
  8. TCP/IP, SNMP,UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, Socket programming
  9. Knowledge on TCL & PowerShell Scripting
  10. Knowledge in Wix, Install Shield and Windows Installer
  11. Expertise in agile development methodologies (SCRUM)
