JOB SUMMARY:-

The team implements and maintains a broad range of IT infrastructure throughout the EMEA international region with a focus on operational stability and efficiency. In this region the team maintains all datacenters and offices in many countries that service the region with over 18000 end users. Following a series of large acquisitions we are now extending our team into the Medtronic Bangalore office in India. We work closely with the Design and Engineering (D&E) team on assessing these demands to determine the requirements, the proposed solutions and implementation plans.

GOC Support team manages refresh projects where Medtronic is able to deploy cutting edge technology and is known in the IT market as a front-runner in many areas. Further our team works closely with the Global Operations Center (GOC) who is chartered with monitoring key IT production systems 7x24x365.
