Job Responsibility:


  1. Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications.
  2. Ensuring foolproof performance of deliverable.
  3. Coordinating with Superior and other related departments.
  4. Sending regular updates about project status.
  5. Developing web application using core PHP, MVC Framework, CMS Framework and modification and customization on existing CMS.
  6. Maintain existing sites.
  7. Managing emails, domains and all other website related work for client and company.
  8. Client communication including Calls, Emails and Chat.
  9. Understand requirements and create implementation plan for client and team both.
  10. Create database structure for complex requirements or make sure developer has created correct database structure.
  11. Create release planning, sprint planning, task allocation to team. Make sure all defined task should be finished on defined deadline.
  12. Groom team member nicely, knowledge sharing with them, give proper platform/opportunities so they can grow well.

  13. Comfortable talking with clients (via phone, email and in person)
  14. Keen ability to multi-task; self-starter
  15. Capable planner
