Job Description:
1. Support of implementation strategies for complex multi-phase client solutions
2. Maintain requirements analysis, and platform documentation artifacts
3. Support Administration functions of the technology platforms necessary to deploy and manage various system aspects
4. Create and distribute reports from various reporting system
5. Create reports manual using MS Excel and other tools offered by the bank.

Candidate Profile:
1. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree
2. 4+ years of experience in information technology withan emphasis on Business Systems Analysis, and Implementation management
3. Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
4. Conceptual and practical understanding of full project lifecycle - ability to manage the processes of requirements gathering, analysis, testing, training, quality assessment
5. Ability to manage expectations and interactions between business and technology organizations.
6. Strong presence, comfortable interacting with, presenting to and influencing senior management
7. Proficient in handling multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
8. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, team environment and ability to adapt to a changing environment
9. Fast Learner – able to grasp concepts from on the job training
10. Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office. Proficient in various desktop and internet based applications;
11. Have a great sense of detail, know how to take on various duties in short time. Be able to take initiative when needed
12. Timely escalation of critical and/or complex issues as required
