Job Description:
1. must have a proven ability to think creatively, and work autonomously providing full and thorough documentation around updated code and activities
2. will be able to understand the development environment quickly in order to be functional in a short period of time
3. must have in-depth understanding of modern programming practices and methodologies
4. must be able to mentor other members of his/her team

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical / IT field

Required Skills:
1. Microsoft.NET /w C# as primary programming language (up to framework ver 4.5)
2. SQL Server Inc., database design, T-SQL, stored procedures
3. Microsoft WebForms / WPF
4. ASP.NET, MVC and WebAPI
5. SOAP and REST Web Services using WCF
6. TDD/BDD
7. SOLID
8. Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
