Job Description:
1. Own and drive resolution of current product technical issues.
2. Provide high quality defect fixes and new features.
3. Ensure on time release of high quality product patches.
4. Contribute to patch process improvement initiatives.
5. Deliver excellent customer experience and meet HP Software CPE metrics.
6. Provide on-site or on-the-phone deployment support of HP Software Network Node Manager product family.
7. Communicate high impact product issues and customer experiences to development team in order to improve quality of future product release.

Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science, information technology, engineering)
