Job Description :
  1. Creating workflows, wireframes, and beautifully polished visual mockups for new features and improving existing ones
  2. Working closely with developers to implement your designs
  3. Talking with users on a regular basis and make sure the product is always in tandem with user needs
  4. Owing projects from inception to completion (and beyond), working to define requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, communicate progress and expected milestones.
  6. Ability to create interface designs for complex product.
  7. Ability to create nice visual designs to keep the user happy and coming back.
  8. Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/Omnigraffle.

Required Skills :
  1. Experience designing interaction models that span multiple devices
  2. Familiarity with the agile development process
  3. HTML and CSS knowledge, current on latest design techniques
  4. Experience with user research.
