Job Description:
1. Analyze client contracts
2. Manage vendor portals like Microsoft VLSC, IBM Passport etc.
3. Purchase Agreement (MS Select or EA, Software Assurance, Adobe TLP, ETLA etc.)
4. End to End Software License Life Cycle Experience
5. Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions
6. Entitlement Data to identify the Product use rights & Licensing model or metric (Device, User, Processor, Core, PVU, RVU etc.)
7. Supporting Invoicing and Chargeback

Candidate Profile:
1. 3-5 yrs. of experience in Software License/Compliance
2. Experience in Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Oracle, SAP licensing etc.
3. Experience in Freeware / Shareware licensing and review
4. Knowledge of Service Management Tools - Service Now
5. IT Asset Management and Discovery Tools experience
6. Knowledge of ITIL processes
