Job Description:
1. Software development and maintenance of components, systems and their networks 
2. Analyze user needs to design and code 
3. Program (Java, etc.) all applications, components and interfaces 
4. Work closely with the business unit to ensure application development meets product specification requirements 
5. Work closely with other engineering teams, partners and vendors to ensure inter-operability and reuse 
6. Design, implement and test software, ensuring quality specifications are met. 
7. Participate actively in design and code reviews 
8. Drive performance and reliability enhancements 
9. Close interaction with customers to drive requirements and customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or in ?STEM? Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) 
2. A minimum of 5+ years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across product lines
