Job Description 
Walk in for Team Leader and hub Incharge positions at Flipkart.com Last Mile logistics division at Pune
Job Location: All over Pune
Position: Team Leader / Hub Incharge (Male Candidates Only) 
Industry: Logistics (E-Commerce) 
Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline is must. Master degree holders would be preferred. MBA Freshers with Operation / Supply Chain specialization preferred.


Job Profile:
  1. Ensure hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards & requirements.
  2. Supervise the sorters who receive the shipments.
  3. Planning as per available manpower and resources and allocating shipments for bike and an deliveries.
  4. Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards.

Skills and Knowledge Required  
  1. Can drive a two wheeler
  2. Should be able to read and write in English. Knowledge of local / vernacular language in necessary
  3. Have complete knowledge of PIN codes and route assigned to hub.
  4. Operational knowledge of Courier / Logistics / Retail industry preferred.
