Job Description :
1. The Analyst performs detailed research and analysis of system issues/errors & providing recommendations on solutions - data corrections, workarounds or spawning projects.
2. The analyst is required to update the client documentation for major client driven enhancements and regulatory changes.
3. Job will require taking ownership of identified clients or set of projects and execute on responsibilities with minimum guidance
4. Job will require intensive interaction with multiple upstream and downstream partners for requirements clarification, validation of fixes and issue resolution
5. The analyst would be involved in the preparation of test plan for the user acceptance testing and post production validation
6. Job would require Ad-hoc reporting to be done through SQL Queries
7. The analyst has to proactively work with the PA lead to help monitor progress of projects, addressing issues and recommending course corrections as needed
8. The analyst has to respond timely to operational requests submitted by Implementation Managers and Client Service Managers

Candidate Profile:
1. Should be a Graduate in any discipline
2. An experience of 2-5 years in voice or non-voice BPO operations preferably from 401(K) Retirement Plans
