Job Summary:


This Job Role is responsible for developing automated solutions using VBA. Excellent reporting skills on Excel and Access would be desirable with hands on working experience on SAP HR. This shall ensure that the services/reports provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  1. Automating the identified reports preselected on priority
  2. Identifying the automation possibilities in the delivered reports
  3. Designing the reports from scratch by identifying the problem areas and delivering it as fully automated solution
  4. Automating the reports with efficient coding so that production time remain low
  5. Analysing, understanding and documenting the reports production processes in detail where required
  6. Helping other team members on reports delivery in crisis of time
 

Required Skills:

  1. Expert programming knowledge (VBA, VB Script) and experience in automation using MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
  2. Knowledge of MS Access / SQL
  3. Connecting other Data sources using VBA
  4. Connecting SAP Application using VBA
  5. Working experience on SAP HR (understanding of various infotypes, ad-hoc query, t-codes etc.)
  6. Ensuring the delivery of reports / dashboards etc.
  7. Ability to work with cross functional teams
  8. Ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind
