Job Description :

  1. Conceptualize and write original content for the portal based on news articles and other sources.
  2. Collect customer data via websites, email, phone or personal visits (in case of important customers) and add it to the portal.
  3. Search Engine Optimization tasks.
  4. Customer support (primarily via email).
  5. Come up with ideas for new features and enhancements for the portal based on self and customer input.

Required Skills : 

  1. Excellent English language (written and oral) and communication skills.
  2. Good general knowledge, a curious mind and ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
  3. Tech/Internet savvy (Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus but not essential).
  4. Experience in internet/web marketing, research and analysis, with an ability to identify and communicate with clients.
