Job Description :

  1. Should be able to thoroughly comprehend terminologies and references from PEGA.
  2. Provide clear understanding on the requirements and help team plan the fulfillment of the requirements. Be the core component of the team in technical implementation of the requirement.
  3. Educate team about any issues which come up in production and help manage them better from next time.
  4. Support on the fly requests from the clients wherever possible.
  5. PEGA Implementation Cycle including Development, Trouble Shooting, and Bug Tracking and fixing the issues.
  6. Hands on experience in designing User Interface (UI) rules such as Flow Actions, Section, Layouts.
  7. Creation and maintenance of Activities, Data Models, Data Transforms, properties

Required Skills :

  1. Thorough understanding of Class structure.
  2. Clear understanding on PEGA?s layering concept to support re-usability.
  3. Experience in Ruleset implementations and their re-use.
  4. Check In s and Check-Outs of the rule sets.
  5. Debugging and Bug fixing Activities using Clipboard, Tracer, Rules Inspector for Harness, Declare Expressions
  6. Configuring  Flows,  Assignments,  SLAs,  Screen  Flows,  and  Correspondence Templates for Business scenarios
  7. Experience in Case Management
  8. Implementing SLA?s in work flows.
  9. Knows to integrate PEGA with other technologies like C# and Java. (Important for Integration)
  10. Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, is required.
  11. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms.
