Job Responsibilities: 


  1. Responsible for performing a combination of data analysis & visualization (70%) and business analysis (30%).
  2. Produce and deliver in a timely manner all general support requests, operational requests, schedule & ad-hoc reports under tight deadlines.
  3. Examines and evaluates purpose and content of business requests/reports to develop new, or improve existing format, use, and control
  4. Reviews requests/reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report.
  5. Actively participate in different process improvement and re-engineering project initiatives in order to maintain high quality standards in all the deliverables. Identify system and process improvements opportunities and make recommendations.
  6. Work closely with other team members and cross functional team members both in India and US.

 
Education & Experience:

  1. Must have business analysis skill involves gathering requirements and translating them to valid solution documents
  2. Must have 2-4 years of reporting & analytical work experience in the consulting, talent or financial domain
  3. Must have excellent skill in performing analysis and reporting in Microsoft Excel
  4. Must be able to extract data from enterprise-level BI and reporting systems (Business Objects, MS SSRS, or Crystal Reports etc.) and analyze the data
  5. Must have good communication skills (written, verbal, interpretive)
  6. Must have strong data visualization skill
  7. Must have excellent time management skills
  8. Must be able to manage and execute projects
  9. Must be able to work with different Teams
 
Preferred:

  1. Should have experience in Infographics
  2. Should have basic SQL knowledge (Select queries)
  3. Experience with SABA, Taleo or any kind of Talent Management System will be preferred
