Qualifications Required:
  1.  Undergraduate university graduate         
  2.    Technical skills: Mastery-level expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); advanced-level expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  3.   Work experience: 2?5 years of creative design/ visual communication design in marketing/marketing communication design space.
  4.   A strong portfolio that showcases your creative expertise
  5.    Experience taking ?rough? data (from PowerPoint charts, Word files, Excel tables, or Smart Art) and redesigning to spec in Adobe Illustrator
  6.    Ability to follow established processes with immediate team and larger publishing group to ensure seamless production from project inception to completion
  7.   Ability to quickly grasp and apply design intent
  8.     Willingness to take direction from managers and senior designers 
  9.     Ability to manage changing project priorities to meet all required deadlines
  10.     Ability to proactively communicate problems before they arise
  11.     Ability to maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, team members, peers, managers, etc.
  12.     Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
 
Preferred
  1.         Deloitte experience
  2.         Experience in a professional services firm or a strong understanding
  3.         Experience working or supporting teams
  4.         Experience working on a global team
  5.         Self-motivation and ability to work independently in team                             environments
  6.         Interest in and knowledge of latest design trends
