Job Description:
1. Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems of moderate scope and complexity.
2. Assists senior level network engineers to analyze and provide innovative solutions to network engineering and design projects.
3. Applies full understanding of WAN/LAN internet working
4. Design elements including cost versus performance tradeoffs, protocol interoperability, network architecture development, and requirements for testing / proof of concept.
5. Mentors other associates on network technology implementation.
6. Typically, provides professional experience in the development of innovative and cost-effective solutions to problems or design of complex integrated data processing and communication solutions.
7. Technical expertise utilized in areas such as marketing, business acquisition and/or client support.
8. Provides significant direction in areas such as research studies, tradeoff analysis, operation studies, design reviews, and technical briefings.

- 6-10 years of work experience in Managed Services-Network Services
- CCNP certification (must)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have worked in global encironment supporting Fortune 500 enterprises
