Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate would be involved in development of existing global Trade projects working right from design to implementation.
2. To deliver high quality software programs adhering to coding standards
3. To participate in designing the systems, converting functionality into technical design and preparation of test plans
4. Design reviews, program specifications review and test plan review
5. Hands on in programming for Trade projects
6. Coordinate with business/OPS and Global partners for gathering business requirements
7. Work across multiple development teams - offshore / onshore and track project deliverables closely
8.Integration of business and Technology units across TTS and communicate program status to wider forums 
9. Partnership and working closely with cross functional teams for brainstorming on best solution 
10. Able to be a lead from the front, to get down and work with team and understand the problem and resolve

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: 
1. Bachelor?s degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering)

Skills Required:
1. Strong Technical background in Pro C, Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix, C, JAVA / J2EE;
2. At senior leadership level, person should get to a more closer view of problems and interaction with the teams.
