Job Description:
1. Be part of an Agile team involved in End-to-End Solution testing of Customer Care Solution - both on-prem and cloud. 
2. Requires use of a strong background in automation, documentation and implementation on projects that may include integration of complex features into the Customer like environment, doing E2E Functional and Load Automation of those features. 
3. Ability to co-ordinate with various Functional Units/Teams to quickly debug and resolve complex issues.

Candidate Profile:
1. BE/BTECH with EE/CS degree and with 4+ years of related experience. 
2. 2-5 years of experience in Scripting with Python, Javascript, PHP or Perl 
3. Experience with functional and load automation [Selenium, Load Runner a plus] 
4. Experience with VoIP application [SIP] 
5. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
