Job Description:
1. Good technical infrastructure design skills 
2. Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and management 
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills 
4. Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work 
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly 
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
7. Willingness to travel

Basic Qualifications 
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
2. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred 
3. Four or more years of experience with technical product configuration, design, and/or integration 
4. Experience working with technical products, vendors, and families of technologies 
5. Experience working with product configurations 
6. Experience working with relevant software packages or classes of packages, and products within area of technical expertise
