Job Description:
1. Below are typical resposibilties of a Tester 
1. Work with BA and development team to identifying test conditions and creating test designs, test data for the requirement. 
2. Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data and prioritize testing activities.
3. Carry out testing as per the defined procedures. 
4. Execute all the test case and evaluate the results. Report defects, define severity and priority for each defect clearly. 
5. Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects. 
6. Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures. 
7. Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out. 
8. Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures. 
9. Updating project manager regularly about the progress of testing activities.
