Job Description:
1. Create, maintain, and execute test specifications and test cases
2. Perform integrity and regression testing using a combination of manual and automated techniques
3. Writing and executing automated tests for new features
4. Identify and implement opportunities to improve the QA process
5. Work with Engineering and Product teams to identify high-impact issues

Candidate Profile:
1. 1 - 2 years of experience writing automated tests using automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, PhantomJS or Capybara
2. Strong technical and analytic skills; ability to understand complex systems and design tests around integration and interface points
3. Knowledge of Ruby or JavaScript; or the ability to learn them quickly
4. Experience in mobile testing preferred
5. Basic knowledge of SQL
6. Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, as well as software development fundamentals
7. Highly detail-oriented
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Commitment to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
10. Extremely self-motivated; able to identify opportunities for improvement, and tackle them without external direction
11. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing atmosphere
12. Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
