Job Description :

Functions may include acting as lead iOS and/ or Android developer,gathering requirements around functionality and translating those requirements into simple but effective web and mobile solutions, designing mobile user interfaces, developing and maintaining websites, enhancing web/mobile user experience.

Role & Responsibility :

  1. Deliver across the entire app life cycle - concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to appstores and support.
  2. Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.
  3. Working along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps/web.
  4. Working with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features.
  5. Create compelling mobile device specific user interfaces and experiences.
  6. Optimizing performance for the apps /web.
  7. Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile/web technologies.

Required Skills :

  1. Understanding of other compiled languages
  2. Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
  3. Experience of development using web technologies
  4. Good understanding of OO programming and design patterns
  5. Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and PHP
  6. Experience building web and native apps
  7. Experience using social media APIs
  8. Using version control (e.g. SVN)

Key Skills : iOS

  1. Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C
  2. Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc)
  3. Familiar with xcode

Key Skills : Android

  1. Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
  2. Familiar with the Android SDK
  3. Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
  4. Familiar with Eclipse
