Job Description:
1. Actively promotes and drives the implementation of Application Delivery strategy and policies, making recommendations to improve procedures and working practices.
2. Has accountability for the design and implementation of strategic objectives for team

Candidate Profile:
1. Must have experience of working in an IT project environment and an understanding of IT and business strategies. Experience gained from outside the Bank can be very valuable particularly large organisations and/or suppliers or manufacturers.
2. Must have strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 + (Customizations, Plug-ins, Processes, Reports)
3. Must have knowledge of .NET/JavaScript/HTML5/CCS3
4. Good knowledge of Web Services, Web API, WCF, IIS
5. Must have specific technical knowledge in one or more aspects of the IT profession, i.e. technical design.
6. Good understanding of CRM Infrastructure setup, managing patches and upgrades
7. Experience with CRM on-premise. Experience with CRM online is a plus
8. Strong knowledge of Dev Ops processes and toolsets, experience of implementing dev-ops in CRM projects.
