BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the enrollment processes for Risk and Compliance courses.
  2. Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per procedures.
  3. Ensure that the targets are assigned in accordance with the SLA's are met.
  4. Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
  5. Manage the use of the myLearning portal.
  6. Set up new Course items, scheduled Offerings and associated information in myLearning.
  7. Provide Tier 2 associate support on myLearning related issues.
  8. Provide feedback to the Enterprise learning team about issues, improvements and future vision of myLearning.

Requirements:

Education Should be  Graduate (B.Com/B.B.A) from a recognized Institute
Certifications If Any

Experience Range

0-2 years of experience

Mandatory skills

Advance MS Office (especially excel) skills, Be flexible with shift timings, Excellent time management skills, Good Communication skills.

Desired skills

Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, ability to interact with onshore partners.
