Process Overview:

Mortgage Application Support Level 1 [MAS L1] provides support to BAC business users from Mortgage processes. The business users access the Help Desk by dialing the helpdesk number. The MAS L1 uses remedy to raise and track tickets. Remedy is an incident management tool and is used by all the MAS L1 analysts.

Job Description:

The individual will be part of Level 1 team for Mortgage application Support Level 1. He/She will be required to assist Mortgage application and Standard Service Desk Users via Chat Support and provide troubleshooting steps with appropriate resolutions.

Responsibilities:

To understand the issue faced by the Business Users
To provide accurate troubleshooting to Business User,
To ensure prompt assistance in the shortest possible time
To maintain Ticket/Call Quality
To ensure process SLAs are met
Requirements*

Qualification

  1. Minimum Bachelor?s degree in any field
  2. Excellent communication
  3. Good Customer service skills
  4. Organizational and problem solving skills
  5. Strong attention to detail
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong teamwork skills
  7. Ability to meet established deadlines in a fast paced environment
  8. Willingness to work in Night/Rotational shifts
  9. Certifications If Any

Experience Range:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience 

Mandatory skills:
Voice proficiency, Mortgage basics, Excel and Word knowledge

Desired skills:
Strong Communication, multi-tasking and basic Technical skills

Work Timings:
Rotational
