Primary focus on system test and automated test development
  • Work closely with development team & PMs to understand product use cases and make sure the solution is solving customer use cases
  • Clear understanding and ownership for the areas being tested, through the entire development pipeline
  • Working independently, collaborate with development and other stakeholders
  • Well versed with agile delivery environment
  • Quality testing of SaaS-based platform per product requirements


Primary Roles And Responsibilities


As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for building test automation framework which will be used by the teams to create functional tests. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, building test automation frameworks using python and experience with automated testing tools like selenium and test management tools.


Experience/ Qualifications


  • 8+ years of solid working experience on developing Test automation scripts specifically object-oriented frameworks (Python, Selenium/Webdriver, TestNG, Java)
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering CS, EE or related field
  • Strong problem solving / analytical & trouble shooting skills
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (Pyhthon,perl, shell, etc) for automation or test script development.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS Services delivery through DevOps
  • 2+ years of experience leading projects with minimal supervision
  • 2+ year of API/SDK level testing experience
  • Good working knowledge on Database testing (MySQL)
  • Mentor the QA/Automation engineers across global
