Job Description :


  1. A minimum of 3 years in a technical writing, content strategist, editing, or information developer role with a primary focus on platforms, software, and workflow applications
  2. Ability to demonstrate how you have created high-quality online documentation for a consumer audience
  3. Dedication to team success while working independently on multiple projects
  4. Experience managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams.

Required Skills:

  1. Experience with HTML, XML-based (preferably DITA XML-based) content management systems and document tagging
  2. Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with a strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  3. Experience working as part of a global team with remote colleagues.
