Job Description :

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors Degree in any quantitative discipline such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Operational Research or Engineering
  2. Substantial experience working in Analytics / Business Intelligence environment
  3. Experience in working with databases and SQL in a business environment
  4. Demonstrated use of analytical packages and query languages such as SAS,SPSS and SQL
  5. Prior experience in design and execution of analytical projects
  6. Worked extensively in large scale data bases and data warehouses.

Responsibilities:

  1. Use analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
  2. Employ the appropriate tools, methodologies to discover patterns of risks, abuse and help reduce bad debt
  3. Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build actionable models to optimize TRMS operations
  4. Solve analytical problems, and effectively communicate methodologies and results
  5. Build analyses for product launches and operations and help predict workflow and capacity requirements for TRMS operations
  6. Draw inferences and conclusions, and create dashboards and visualizations of processed data, identify trends, anomalies
  7. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in e-commerce / on-line companies in fraud / risk control functions
  2. Coding skills in one of the modern languages Java, Python, Scala, R
  3. Experience with visualization technologies such as Tableau
  4. Experience/knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques such as GBM, random forest, etc..
  5. Compelling communication and influencing skills and participation in winning the support of management and influence the course of major strategic decisions.
