Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in English)
- A minimum of 3 years in a technical writing, content strategist, editing, or information developer role with a primary focus on platforms, software, and workflow applications
- Ability to demonstrate how you have created high-quality online documentation for a consumer audience
- Dedication to team success while working independently on multiple projects
- Experience managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HTML, XML-based (preferably DITA XML-based) content management systems and document tagging
- Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with a strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience working as part of a global team with remote colleagues
